Swim Tests

To be able to take part in any of our outdoor water activities you need to complete a water competency test, please only book one time slot below. If you're unable to attend please email opportunities@undebbangor.com 24 hours in advance of the booking to cancel your space..

• Wear a Clean T-Shirt and Shorts.
• Shower before entering the pool
• Swim goggles and nose clips may be worn
• It is recommended that persons with long hair use a swim cap or tie hair back
• Further instructions will be given when entering the pool area
• Ensure you bring a towel and a change of clothes for afterwards

For the test you require to swim 50m and tread water for 5 minutes.

Please let your instructor know if you have any medical conditions prior getting into the water.
