Beginners trip with Coaches Oscar and James !!
This Wednesday 4th February, we’re heading out for our first surf of the year for a beginners-friendly session at Rhosneigr! This trip is perfect for anyone with little to no surf experience.
Meeting at Bar Uno car park, we'll be setting off at 12:30 . We’ll stop at the Gecko surf shop to pick up surfboards and wetsuits before heading down to the beach. Please ensure you purchase the correct ticket whether you need to hire a surf board and/or wetsuit or neither as if you purchase the incorrect one, you will have to pay for your own wetsuit/board seperately on the day.
Cost of this trip covers transport, board hires, and demonstrations and guidance from the committee members that are present. Make sure to bring some nice warm layers to wrap up in afterwards and maybe a drink and a snack for on the way home !
Our surf coaches will run a session on the sand to get you prepped and confident before getting in the water. We’ll return to Bar Uno between 4-5 pm.
